Rain and snow
Rain: vision −1, and wheeled and tracked units pay 1 more on plains. Snow: air units pay 2 per tile, and most units pay 1 more on plains, forests and mountains (Bazookas do not).
With Random weather each day can change. Some commanders ignore a weather or bring it with their powers.
